1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") apply to the use of the mobile application [Name of the App] (hereinafter "App"), provided by Jonas Rodehorst (hereinafter "Provider").
1.2 By installing and using the App, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree with the T&C, you may not use the App.
2.1 The App offers AI-powered services for analyzing text content from screenshots.
2.2 Registration is required to use the App. This can be done via Google, Apple, or using an email address.
2.3 Users can upload screenshots to the App. The text content of these screenshots is analyzed using AI technology.
3.1 The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
3.2 The uploaded screenshots are not stored on external servers. Only the extracted text content is transmitted to OpenAI's servers for analysis.
3.3 All processed data is stored exclusively on servers within Germany.

4.1 The Provider grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose.
4.2 The user may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
5.1 The App offers paid subscriptions:
5.2 Payment is made via Google Pay (for Android devices) or Apple Pay (for iOS devices).
5.3 The subscription automatically renews for the chosen duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5.4 Cancellation can be done through the settings of the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
6.1 The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as under the Product Liability Act.
6.2 For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation and only to the extent of the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
6.3 The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the results generated by the AI analysis.
7.1 The Provider reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. Users will be informed of changes in a timely manner.
7.2 If the user does not object to the validity of the new T&C within four weeks after notification, the changed T&C are deemed accepted.
8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
8.2 Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
8.3 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the Provider.
